Refund policy for returnable products:-
1. What is Sakhi’s return policy?
We have a 7 days return policy that gives you a choice to return items purchased from us. The 7 days return policy is not applicable to readymade suits, dresses & cut pieces.
all return items are run past our quality checklist & refund is processed within 24 hrs only after it passes this stage: –
a) The item to be returned, must not be damaged and should be returned as delivered with the tag intact.
b) Items with damages caused by neglect, improper usage are not covered by this policy.
c) All pieces & accessories must be intact as delivered.
d) All types of manufacturing defects like ghera in kaan, neck embroidery not straight or any misprint are covered in this policy.
2. How do i return the product?
a) All return/refund applies to customers within India.
b) We do not provide pick-up service. you will have to courier the product to us at:-

3. How will my refund be processed?
Please share the courier receipt at: – firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp us: – 8360514436.
once we receive the product and it run past our quality checklist mentioned in Sakhi’s return policy, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
4. What happens to my delivery & self ship charges when i return?
Both delivery & self ship charges are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.
